How Volo works

Most of it never reaches you.

Email, messages, forms, and half-finished tasks hit Volo first. Real asks move up. Noise drops away. “Maybe later” gets parked. You open a short list — closer to seven things than seventy — and you never have to sort the pile yourself.

Before you sit down, the homework is done: facts gathered, unfinished threads pulled forward, people remembered, drafts written. You don’t start from a blank inbox. You start from work that’s ready for a decision.

Every reply, file, or action that would leave under your name stops at one step. You see exactly what will happen. Then: Yes, Later, or Discard. Volo cannot send, sign, or ship on its own. That’s not a toggle. That’s the rule.

Why Volo

Isn’t this another AI assistant?

No — it’s the opposite bet. Most assistants act for you and you find out later. Volo does the chores around the decision: it looks things up, drafts, and remembers — then it stops. It cannot send, sign, or ship. Only you can.

Why not just let the AI handle it?

Because your name is on the work. If an autonomous tool sends the wrong thing, you still own the mess. The industry is racing toward “do it all without me.” Volo is built on an older idea: judgment is the job. Everything around it is chores.

How is this different from my inbox?

An inbox is a pile sorted by arrival time. It can’t tell a real ask from a receipt, and it does none of the work. Volo sorts the pile, preps what matters, and hands you decisions instead of more reading.

So what does Volo do all day?

It watches the flood. It drops the noise, parks the maybes, and surfaces the real asks. It pulls the facts, flags what’s still open, remembers the people, writes the draft — and stages all of it for your OK. Your part takes minutes: Yes, Later, or Discard.
